About Dr. Jean Murray

Dr. Jean Murray has been assisting small business owners with startup and operations for over 27 years.  She has both the education and experience to help you with your questions about starting and operating your writing business.

Dr. Murray has an MBA and a PhD in small business management /entrepreneurship.  She began consulting with small business owners in 1974 and she’s owned two successful businesses. 

With an emphasis on helping professionals become business owners, she has also written and published three books on business startup, one of which, Planning for Writing Success, is available here.
